Co-Founder and Past-President Helena Hunter Receives Seeds 4 Success Helping Hand Award

Last night at our 6th Annual Cocktails for a Cause, we presented our Helping Hands Award to Helena Hunter. This award is given to people who have helped Seeds 4 Success along the way to becoming a sustainable, effective and growing grass-roots effort to help children and their families imagine and work toward a brighter future.

Not only was Helena “there at the beginning” but her wisdom, determination, and passion for our mission is a big reason we are where we are. Helena stepped down as Board President in June, but don’t worry. She isn’t going anywhere. She will be helping to guide our planning for the future in a new role that gives her a little more time for her bucket list . . . and cleaning out her basement!
